Educational Director wanted by Early Learning Academy-Gulls Cove in Jersey City, NJ. Responsible for maintaining the leadership, integrity and direction of Early Learning Academy and building personal professional relationships with each staff member, student and parent in the Jersey City community; oversee day-today operations, serving as a senior member of our management team who is accountable, responsible and responsive to the immediate needs of the children, parents and staff of the academy. Responsible for the curriculum, the development and preparation of every class; Lesson Plan through the year, training teachers, supervision of teachers and educational coordinators; coordinate establishment of new schools. Must have a Master’s Business Administration degree with courses in Management, Accounting and HR Management plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have five (5) years of experience with financial and administration functions; and five (5) years of experience with human resources planning and management.
