At Early Learning Academy, our teachers are a valuable part of the team!  Their attention to every detail to the students and their classrooms, love, hard work, and dedication is what truly sets them apart.

We take great pride in the broad range of experience, culture, and education that our teachers possess.

The head teachers in our three and four year old classrooms must complete a four year degree from a college or university (preferred majors in education, psychology, child development) as well as a teaching license for either pre k–3 or k-5 certification. All assistant teachers must have some formal training and experience in early childhood education.

The head teachers in our toddler programs must also complete a four year degree from a college or university (with similar preferred majors), but are not required to fulfill the teaching license. All assistant teachers in these classes have either formal training (college or CDA Certificate) or prior experience.

All staff members at E.L.A. get fingerprinted and complete a background check performed by the state. All administrators, head teachers, and assistant teachers are required to attend trainings throughout the year covering a variety of topics (health/safety, classroom management) as a part of our commitment to quality education.
